By the way I dont let men do my nails! So I walked out and went to another nail shop dont go here! They favor their regulars. So she proceeds to say «the guy is ready and can do your nails, sit back down!» I said « NO thats not right I was here already and it’s not right that you take your regulars and make new commers wait!». So I get up and the nail tech looks at me (knowing shes guilty) annd I said «look 2 ppl came in after me why are they already getting their nails done, and I’m still waiting?» The lady getting her nails done had an apt I get that, but the other woman did NOT have an apt. So again I waited another 10 minutes to see another lady getting a pedicure mind u she came in after me. So I waited about 10 – 15 minutes to see that the lady that escorted me there was doing a ladys nails that came in after me I thought to myself well maybe she had an appointment which she did. I was called to the nail technician’s station but no nail technician. I’m so unhappy I’m looking for a different place to get a new set even though I spent over 70 dollars (on both of our nails + tips) two days ago. Honestly just avoid this place all together. My mother also didn’t like her nails and their «nude» gel polish was just clear and not true to the swatch. My nails are not the same length my thumbs are way shorter than the rest of the finger.
I asked for square round shape because I personally don’t like flare, this shape is basic and not that hard. AGAIN the acrylic was lumpy and too thick and uneven. 20 minutes later (after Lisa kept insisting) another lady did my nails. They tried to get the man to do my nails again but I refused. When a regular walked in she had me sit back down in the waiting seats. Lisa took me to her station and put my nails in foil. My mom came with me to redo a gel polish. Fast forward 2 weeks later I come back to get a new set bc I hated my last one. I explained to one of the ladies what happened and she said they’d take care of me next time.
A week later my two best friends, sister, and I come back to get pedicures and the girl Lisa that is apparently popular here attempts to fix my thumb nail (it was so uneven it bothered) but it was not great she just rushed and tried to file it down but the acrylic was just so thick. I tipped anyway and left bc it took so long I couldn’t possibly wait anymore. (I find that this shape takes a lot more work but I do not have a problem paying for extra if it is done right.) The acrylic was so THICK on my right thumb and the nails weren’t even. He was rushing and rough and honestly did not give a crap about my nails. Then he cute EVERY FINGER in my hand and blamed me for it saying I was «moving» I’ve never in my life been cut on my cuticles in another salon I know I was not moving. First off he left in the middle of my nails to go smoke and came back smelling so badly he gave me a headache. The older man that constantly goes outside to smoke did my nails. I tried this place once a while back and I was dissatisfied but I came back months later to give them another chance. I come here for pedicures with my sister regularly but you can’t really mess up a pedicure that bad. They ignore the customers completely and rotate people too much so there’s a lack of communication in what I want.

i’m paying for a service, i expect them to do their best no matter if i’m new or loyal customer.would not recommend.I’ve never came here for a full set and left satisfied. i just don’t understand why she needed to rush? because i won’t be going back & i felt like since i was new, they wanted to get me done asap to cater to their repeat customers.
every place i have gone has put lotion & giving a massage on the arms & hands after they were done with my nails & all she did was spray my fingers with what smelled like rubbing alcohol. & i’ve been to multiple places in OK, TX, FL, etc. & now half of my nails already have the clear coat pulling off & they have cracked.

i was like okay, that was quick! but then go about my day & that night the clear coat start to crack & pill off. i sat down in the chair around 12:30 & was paid & out of there by 12:50. so i told her that it wasn’t dry yet & she gave it back to me but didn’t turn it back on. i had to let them dry & when she came back to her station i was just letting the other hand dry & she just takes the machine away. but as soon as i sat down, the lady (tammy, i believe) was so preoccupied by what the others were doing. didn’t get a seat until around 12:30, not too bad. i was told this place we pretty good & after looking at multiple reviews, i felt okay about it.i called & made an appointment for 12 on saturday, may 15. I’m new to california in general so i asked around who people would recommend for a good nail place.
